We recognise that you may need to instruct us at a particularly stressful and unsettling time in your life, therefore in order to make your immigration process a little easier we are committed to provide you with quality advise and assistance at competitive rates. Our fee structure is broken down into 3 and you will be advised as to their eligibility or suitability at our intial consultation. We aim to provide you with:
- Competitive rates agreed in advance
- Regular itemised bills
- No hidden charges.
Initial Consultation
We also offer an introductory consultation, which will establish your requirements or offer a second opinion. This can be helpful to clients who may not require full representation or to give client's a clear picture of their situation without incurring further costs. The cost of this is £100.00 +vat for a 30 minutes consultation. (please note if you are eligible for free legal help or you proceed to instruct us for fully this fee may not charged)
Private Fees
Our fee are based on the experience of your solicitor and the complexity of your case. All fees exclude, VAT and disbursements. Complex or urgent matters may attract an uplift and this will be discussed with you at the intial meeting.
- Partner - £150.00 per hour
- Solicitor - £130.00 per hour
- Accredited Case Worker - £120.00 per hour
- Letters, faxes, emails and telephone calls are charged at 1/10 of an hour
- Disbursements - as advised
